NOISE RULING RESTORED BY SUPREME COURT
The Supreme Court has ruled that employers should not have known that noise levels of 85 decibels were unsafe and should therefore have provided hearing protection to workers after 1978 (Baker v Quantum Clothing Group Limited and others [2011] UKSC 17).
