LATEST ON THE CDM 2007 REGULATIONS
The Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM 2007) were laid before Parliament on 15 February. They are subject to the usual procedures of Parliamentary scrutiny, but HSE expects them to come into force on 6 April.
