CLIMATE CHANGE BELIEF PROTECTED

The Employment Appeals Tribunal has ruled that a belief in man-made climate change and a moral duty to live in a way that mitigates or avoids it is capable of being a philosophical belief for the purposes of the Religion of Belief Regulations 2003 (Grainger PLC v Mr T Nicholson).
