RoSPA HIGHLIGHTS PERILS OF EXCESSIVE DRIVING SPEED

We all know that ‘speed kills'. Leading body the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) points out that ‘inappropriate speed' contributes to around 8% of road injury accidents and, significantly, 28% of fatal collisions.
