A report on health and safety regulation recommends a new scheme that would allow low-risk and small businesses to demonstrate compliance in one process. The scheme would cover a range of regulatory areas including health and safety, fire, food safety, and other areas of trading standards, and would be particularly aimed at micro-firms.
