A reminder to Monitor readers that reduced vibration limits for the use of new equipment came into force from 6 July. For new equipment provided after this date, employers must comply with the exposure limits in the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005. Note that for equipment provided before 6 July the limits do not strictly come into effect until 2010 ...
