Ireland has introduced the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 (SI 299). Many of the provisions of are similar to the previous (1993) Regulations but the 2007 rules now include Work at Height, Noise, Vibration, Protection of Young Persons and Pregnant Employees, Night/shift Work, and both the Safety Signs and the Explosive Atmospheres Regulations ...
