England’s much heralded ‘no smoking’ legislation takes effect on 1 July 2007. The new rules will be implemented by several sets of regulations and will cover a range of premises including offices, factories, shops, pubs, bars and restaurants, plus public transport. They will also apply to work vehicles used by more than one person
